Alistair
Hailing from country Victoria, Alistair began cycling at an early age, before a knee-surgery resulted in few years away from the sport. He came back with a vengeance in 2025, exploding onto the Australian road scene.
Alistair had an epic 2026 summer of cycling, 9s off the Aus TT win, a bronze in the road race, U19 SA Kick It ProVelo round 1 GC winner, and an elite stage win at QTour, before going on to take out both the U19 Oceania TT and RR titles.
Throw in a silver in the Australian U19 Individual Pursuit (3:10in qual after just 4 months on the boards!) and we have a multi-disciplinary talent on our hands!!
Al then headed to Europe with Merida Adelaar Cycling Team and the Van der Sluijs family where he put his European inexperience behind him and went from strength to strength throughout the local, Dutch and international racing, winning Nations cups and the overall GC at G.P. F.W.R. Baron.
Al will be competing in both the Junior Track and Road World Championships later this year, all whilst completing his final year of study at school. Good luck Al!
