Born on 24 August 2007 in Australia, Fletcher Medway is one of the country's most exciting young cycling talents. A former triathlete and U19 World Duathlon Champion, Fletcher transferred to the sport of cycling in 2025. Following in his older brother's footsteps, he made rapid progress within Europe, earning himself a start in the Australian team at the Junior Road World Championship team.
