Paradigm Shift Sports are thrilled to announce that Peta Stewart Property Conveyancers have signed up to help support our business and the cycling careers of some of brightest Australian female athletes.

With more than 13 years under her belt as a successful and award-winning business owner, who also has a number of age group national cycling titles to her name, Peta brings a wealth of experience to the program, and understands the mindset needed to succeed both on and off the bike.

Peta has a strong passion to provide career pathways for women and this collaboration enables her to directly have an impact to assist some of Australia’s top professional athletes in overcoming the boundaries they face when trying to make it in Europe.

Empowering Female Athletes and Shaping the Future of Cycling with Peta Stewart's Support

Peta will be supporting 2022 Australian Road Cycling Champion Nicole Frain, and 2022 Oceania Cycling Championships road race winner Josie Talbot.

In addition to her financial support of our athletes, Peta’s support, knowledge and experience will also help the business development of Paradigm to ensure this new business model can reach its potential and have a massive impact on female professional sport.

With shared values of empowering women, equipping female athletes with the tools needed to navigate their careers, and a shared love of all forms of riding, this partnership is sure to help shift the paradigm of cycling in Australia and beyond.

A Shared Vision of Empowerment: Transforming Cycling and Conveyancing

In 2004, Peta became the first licensed conveyancer in the Albury Wodonga greater region. She has since gone on to shift the paradigm in conveyancing, succeeding in what was once a male-dominated industry, while growing an all-female rockstar team of conveyancers.

‘This collaboration is an opportunity to not only give back to a sport that has given me so many opportunities and life experiences but it is also an opportunity to have a direct impact on assisting female athletes in their career progression.’

‘The behaviours and tools needed to be successful in business and high-performance sport are incredibly similar, and I’m excited to share so many of the lessons I have learnt on the bike and in the office,’ said Peta.

PSS athlete, Josie Talbot is grateful to have Peta in her corner, ‘Having packed up my suitcase (and bike box) with a one-way ticket to the European peloton, the financial support from Peta Stewart Property Conveyancers has lifted some of the financial stress that comes with supporting myself on the other side of the world. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, I’m confident Peta’s mentorship throughout my journey will help me persevere through every high and low I will encounter along the way.’

Nicole Frain echoed her thoughts, ‘Support and sponsorship for sporting individuals like myself can be difficult to access, and being on the other side of the world trying to make ‘breakthroughs’ is incredibly stressful. Having this assistance to help take some of the pressure off so that I can focus on my goals is something I am really grateful for.’

She is a role model through her sporting and business achievements, but most importantly, for whom she is as a person.
